Summary
The spawn immunity settings are broken on published and playtest builds. It does work in editor game mode
Steps to Reproduce
1 create uefn island
2 open island settings
3 set override spawn immunity to yes
4 ser spawn immunity time to a different value
5 build a private or public version
6 spawn immunity does nothing on these versions
Expected Result
Spawn immunity should change to set values.
Observed Result
Spawn immunity is still default
