[Feature Request] Create Simple Dedicated EAS/EOS Game Feature Use Case Videos.

While EAS/Epic Account Services EOS/Epic Online Services has Documentation, SDK, built-in and Plugin access, there is a lack of simplified videos and information that walk through the use case and giving example of implementing and using the features and showing the transition or combination of going from local multiplayer projects to simple functioning basic games or a more advanced example (Not including Lyra), that demonstrates how one can leverage these systems in a way that makes for a better and more complete structured gaming experience.

Let’s say you wanted to implement a basic in game inventory system, or handle states, player data storage, or game/title storage, and not just process and display achievements or handle the game lobby system, what about the other features available to developers in the Epic Games Online Ecosystem and how to get that functionality setup for a smaller project and bigger game to scale for bigger projects?

What I’m saying is, the infrastructure is there, it’s setup, but I think it’s something people get really confused about because it’s not covered in a way to make the availability and usage of it clear enough, especially, when starting out, or even when implementing other features, I feel that information is left out or not discussed in a way that makes it click in the mind of a developer about how that feature can be used, and so it is not taken advantage of or benefiting the developer in the way that it could, and precious time is wasted trying to learn about and search for alternative just to get it to do the basic things that games normally are setup to do, and simply because developers are not made aware that this already exists and is available to them to use.

Don’t get me wrong, the information in the documentation and on the website describing the features is great, I just don’t think there is enough effort into really showing off the capabilities in a simplified broken down manner showing how one can quickly get an online or multiplayer game of any size up and running quickly, how to get that information displayed, edited, saved, and processed in a game in realtime and how to proper make use of all the features that the Game Services offer.

Another example of this is, well what about if I want to use the Epic Online Services Game Features in another game engine such as GODOT, where would I even start?

Where’s that information and video’s breaking down that process to successfully implement and get up and running without re-inventing the wheel or searching 3rd party alternatives?

The SDK and the documentation, it’s examples as is in that regard are simply not enough, it needs to be shown to developers using several practical use case examples.
