Suspension of publishing and monetization access

Hello, I have violated the 1.13 rule more than once and my payments have been suspended for 1 week. However, this violation in question occurred when I first started making an island. I used a wrong thumbnail, but when I realized my mistake, I disabled the island with the code. I think the automatic approval system works badly, so it accepted it. Anyway, there may be mistakes, but Fortnite applies this suspension to me after a few months. How true is this? Sometimes I receive 1.13 violations on my islands where I have not violated any rules, but then they are accepted with small corrections or I receive other warnings, but every time I receive a warning, I make adjustments and take the warnings into consideration, but Fortnite does not approach this issue in any way. I do not understand why such a suspension is in question, even though I follow the rules and take the warnings I receive into consideration. I wrote to support 3 times, but support told me for the 3rd time that they would not discuss the issue further. How true is this because I still do not know which island I was suspended for, other than my own opinion. In my opinion, 1 island only violated 1.13 but I fixed it and did not earn any income from that island, but despite this, my payments were suspended by showing 1.13 as a reason. I think there are users like me who experience such unfair situations and I repeat, I took the warnings into consideration and fixed everything and it went live, but this suspension is still applied after a few months. Thank you for reading, I hope a solution is found for this problem.
Best regards,
