Following today’s 28.10 update, accolades across live, published games are no longer granting XP and/or generating a HUD notification of the event.
This seems to be an extension of what we can see on accolade tests in private test islands which is reported here: [CRITICAL] All accolades disabled

What Type of Bug are you experiencing? Accolades / XP
Summary: Games are no longer granting XP to players as they should be. This is not a calibration issue as the games show the XP icon in Discovery signifying that XP has calibrated and should be granted.
Steps to reproduce: Load into a Creative game (5253-8468-3364 and 3305-1551-7747 to test). In 5253-8468-3364, collect coins that generate around the map. XP will not be rewarded.
Expected Result: XP is granted when completing accolades events.
Observed Result: There is no indication of XP granted to the player.
