Live Edit
Summary
When starting live edit and uploading upload rate will always show as 0 MB/s, even though its not in reality (in my case, its 5mb)
Steps to Reproduce
Make an island
Enable HLODs
Launch live edit
Watch the progress bar text
Expected Result
upload rate is shown correctly (based on the user’s upload rate)
Observed Result
upload rate shows as 0mb
