Summary
After changing layouts in UEFN, the RMB options become limited in the outliner.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open Window Menu
- Hover over Load Layout
- Choose a new layout

Expected Result
Outliner options remain the same after a new UI layout has been loaded.
Observed Result
Outliner options become limited.
