Overlapping Collisions does not work everywhere in the level

Hello, I have a simple overlapping collision that returns a print string when the player overlaps.

When the collision happens at the initial location, no collision is detected at all. After simply moving the collision box somewhere else in the level, the collision works as intended.

I have recorded a video of this issue here.

I don’t know if this is intentional or a bug. Regardless it is very strange and I am seeking answers.
