Summary
I signed up for fortnit island creator program. I got accepted after 10 minutes but soon later my hyperwallet account got deleted for some reason and I got an email stating I have to fill the tax profile again. I did it and now it just says this: “Your tax profile is verified. Our system is preparing your hyperwallet account now. Please check back in one hour.” Been like this for over a week now I think. I contacted support but no help from there since I didn’t even get a reply. And I can’t publish maps with this error. What is it? How long do I have to wait? It’s not one hour like the message says. Please help
