Please send Help! UE5 keeps crashing when Compiling Shaders during the start up of ANY old or creating a new project
UE4 seems to work but I can’t open anything in UE5
After selecting or creating a new project in the Unreal Project Browser the software stops working around 45% of shader compiling during start up.
I only get a pop up: “ShaderCompileWorker failed - Crash inside the platform compiler :”
PC is running on a i9-14900KF (24 cores) and Nvidia RTX 4090
- I removed and re-installed Unreal Editor and Epic game launcher multiple times
- All the drivers are up to date (Nvidia/directx/windows) using DDU/clean install
- CPU and Memory are not overclocking when it crashes (only maxed at 70% and 35%)
- raytracing is turned off
Can’t seem to find any other solutions, thanks in advance!
