Publish Rejection Reason : Frame rates should stay above 30fps. When Testing on my multiple consoles, there is no lag or latency.

Thank you for your help!
Today is 5/10/2024 and I got a Publishing rejection saying my map is not 30fps, and players reporting this. However when I test on my ps4 and pc it is running 100 fps on TSR Epic and Full Nanite settings turned all the way to EPIC. ps4 bounces 60fps to 120 fps.
I am not sure what is causing lagging for other users and I gaurantee there is a bug. I am using guard spawners throughout my level as well.

Please can you help?
Majority of my textures are 512 x 512 and up to 1024 x 1024 at the highest dimensions used minimally! Please help ???

In regards to Guard Spawners, I have turned off all “Can Affect Navigation” settings on meshes months ago. I am getting these errors…

Steps to Reproduce

Make a big map with complex landscapes and obstacles (Trees, Custom Imported Low Tri Foliage, Imported Low Tri Meshes w/ LOD’s, Compressed Textures, etc).
Add AI Guard Spawners,
Start the game, wait for guards to spawn
Other Players are noticing a big delay/lag spike

Expected Result

No lag as this has already worked without any performance issues before!! I already fixed the Lag issues and was fine before the last update.

Observed Result

Players reporting Extreme Server Lag Spikes after V29.4 Update
