Cinematic sequence device does not keep end state (Force Keep State)

Summary

Sequence device not keeping end state when set to Force Keep State. Instead the objects seem to play from start to tend but then reverse or snap back to frame 0.

Steps to Reproduce

Drop a Sequence device into scene.
Create a sequence with an object animating from A to B. With set to Keep end state.
Place a trigger to play (better than auto play so its controlled).

Expected Result

Object should move from A to B then stay.

Observed Result

Object moves from A to B then moves away or disappears.
