Summary
Blue Mutator Zone from Creative 1.0 dont send a signal to other Devices (interaction with other Devices are Buged)
Can`t Teleport or grant Items if players enter the Zone
Steps to Reproduce
Enter Blue Mutator Zone and try to Teleport or grant Items, if a signal go`s out for other Devices
Expected Result
If players enter the Zone a Teleportation or grant Items happend
Observed Result
nothing is happend, no teleportation or item granting

Additional Notes
it is also a problem in Creative 1.0, no maps of me are functioning anymore in Creative 1.0, i lost a lot of my players !!!
