simplify of model doesn't work

I had an old project, licensed with PPI for RC v1.2.1.116300.

I opened it, created a new model and when i press Simplify (Relative 50%) - RC shows a progres, processors works and then, when operation finises I get a model exactly same size 11M as the source one.

Tried out simplify in Absolute mode - same result.

But at the begining of working with that project in RC 1.4 I done simplification from multipart to singleton (with absolute 100) model and that operation wa succesfull.
