How do I resize or show or hide sub-windows on a viewport?

I want to adjust the size of the sub-window (red frame in the attached image) when selecting blueprints in the outliner during playback, and also to show/hide the sub-window.
I want to see the movement of the player behind me, but it is hidden by the mini-window in front of me.
