First launch session devices don't work, but if I end game and restart it works

Summary

I’ve noticed this on all of my projects, for some reason on first launch any verse code or devices they simply don’t work, but once I end game and restart they begin to work. So playtesting which should be fast as sometimes I want to test small things, requires me to load into Fortnite, then end game and restart just to see that small change every time.

Steps to Reproduce

Create Project
Add any device that has functionality, like a trigger that displays a message once triggered
First session launch sometimes does work, sometimes doesn’t
End game then restart
Then it works every time

Expected Result

First session launch, any code/device work everytime

Observed Result

Sometimes works sometimes doesn’t

PC

Additional Notes

I’m pretty sure it’s nothing to do with my computer, I have already verified the installation files and I can replicate this through multiple projects.
