Summary
It is so embarrassing when players reach out to my social media saying that they cannot matchmake or join my game
I hope Epic games can resolve this devastating issue one day
Ongoing intermittently on my creator account maps since April 2023
Steps to Reproduce
Player joins lobby
Lobby says preparing
Lobby never prepares
Players stuck and cannot join the maps and games on my creator profile
Expected Result
Expecting that I can at least have players join the maps I make after a year of hard devastating work, just so that players cannot even matchmake
Observed Result
Players cannot matchmake or enter the game flat out

This primarily has devastated my creator motivation and reputation as well.
Some players get stuck on a black screen, most players Fortnite crashes the client completely. On my PC when I play with a few players it’s fine, but on a public server, no possible way players can join my maps. In my case, more than 50% of invited people into my lobby to join my maps are unable to play my games due to this issue. 6/10 players can’t play my maps
