walls and materials

Trying to get into interior design with ue5, but after many search still dont know what is best way to make walls, few questions:

1. is snapping 2 walls(boxes) better or do i extrude ?
2. how to prevent/reduce noise in corners
3. how to make materials to be on all walls with same texture cords ?

so i extruded 1 wall but materials dont transit seamlessly from one side to another shown below
