Summary
The grind rails and grind vines do not allow players to accelerate in Fortnite Creative, so they are stuck in place until they hop off.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new island in Fortnite Creative
- Place a grind rail or grind vine
- Jump on
- Attempt to accelerate in either direction
Expected Result
The player should be able to move on the grind rail/vine like they could previously.
Observed Result
The player does not move and just stays in place despite playing the animations they would while accelerating on a grind rail.

I reproduced this issue on several island, so it does not seem to be linked to a specific island setting.
