Summary

Post Process Devices working perfectly in UEFN sessions and Fortnite Creative but don’t work at all in Private or Public Releases

Steps to Reproduce

1.) Place a Post Process Device

2.) Select a filter (let’s say: Retro)

3.) Attach a switch to Enable/Disable For Instigator (Switch: “on turned on” for “Enable for instigator” and “on turned off” for “Disable for instigator”)

4.) Upload the map to private code (Then Load up the map in Fortnite via code)

5.) Attempt to use the device via switch (in private version)

Expected Result

When you turn the switch on, the desired filter will be applied to the players camera, as seen in UEFN sessions and Fortnite Creative islands

Observed Result

The device doesn’t work at all when you upload to private versions or in public releases of islands

Platform(s)

PC, Mobile (Xbox Cloud Streaming), Console (PS5)
