UE 5.3.2 crashing at 45% launch (all projects)

Summary

I was working in the engine earlier with no issues. Saved and closed as usual. A few hours later I came back to continue work and my project won’t open. I tried to open my mack up file for this project and that had the same error. I tried to just launch the editor to start a fresh project, same error again. None of my existing projects will open, and I can’t even launch the edition to start a new one.

Steps to Reproduce

I have no idea if this is replicable as it’s affecting the editor, not just one project.
