Summary
Level loaders go against environmental damage settings when disabled then re enabled
Steps to Reproduce
- Set environmental damage to off
2 Place a level instance device - Place props within level instance device
- Place a level Loader device
- Assign that level Loader to the level instance you previously placed
- Set up a switch that will enable and disable the level Loader
- Start game
- While the device is initially enabled you shouldn’t be able to break it
- Disable the level loader device then re enable it
- You should be able to break it now
Expected Result
When following the given steps you shouldn’t be able to break it while environmental damage is off whether or not the device was disabled and then re enabled
Observed Result
While the props won’t be damageable before the device is disabled they will be after the device is disabled and then re enabled

Additional Notes
The same effect also happens when enabling the device while enabled on game start is set to off
