Feature Requests for playtest feature

1. Ability to show and send logs from every tester, so we can debug what a player did at what time (they could show in creator portal marked with date of test and # of testers)

2. Ability to turn off playtest code, so we can disable closed beta codes without removing all testers and re-inviting.

3. Server logs and verse script crashes to also be sent to files in the creator portal
