Sometimes Player Reference Devices will fail to load the player model

Steps to Reproduce
Loading late into games with a bunch of player reference devices seems like the easiest way, if you join a public game of 4164-3090-6037 and check the Player Reference Devices above the base where you spawn, you should notice at least one failing to load (this seems to happen in around 25% of games)
Expected Result
The model should always load for players
Observed Result
The model is blank but the username and score of the player loads fine
