Project Size
Summary
When you build HLODs, the project size they increase will always be the same, regardless if you exclude actors from them.
Steps to Reproduce
Load the survival island
Build HLODs
Place down the yacht prefab
Enable world streaming
Select all yacht props and exclude from HLOD (through property matrix)
Build HLODs again
Expected Result
HLODs should increment project size the same both times they are built
Observed Result
The second time will have HLOD file size be bigger
