Bug in Color Changing Tiles - collision setting

Summary

The Color Changing Tile has a setting called “Collision During Games”.
It looks like the setting is affecting the Edit Mode, and not gameplay. It should be the other way around.

During gameplay the collision is always active, no matter which value I use for “Collision During Games”. If I set collision to Off, then there is no collision in Edit Mode.

Additional weirdness:
If I set Collision to Off in UEFN, then start the game, there will be collision in game, but then if I End the Game to go back to Edit Mode, I cannot edit the device in Edit Mode. I first need to set Collision On again in UEFN before I can edit the device again in Edit Mode.

Steps to Reproduce

Add a Color Changing Tile to a UEFN project.
Set “Collision During Game” to Off.
Play the game, and observe that collision is still happening.
End the game and observe that in Edit Mode, there is no collision.

Expected Result

No collision during gameplay when “Collision During Games” is set to Off.

Observed Result

There is still collision during gameplay.
