Summary
i have spent 74 euro’s on vbucks ($80), but it still won’t let my apply to the creative portal, support has been nothing but useless to me.
Steps to Reproduce
go to the island creator program website and press learn more, this gives me a notification that tells me I am not eligible even though I meet the requirements.
Expected Result
it should let me apply to join the island creator program
Observed Result
I just get rejected from even trying to apply

I play on playstation but this issue occurs on the website
